1. What we collect

When you submit your email address via our intake form, we collect: your email address, your stated role (optional), and the URL you came from. We store this in Firestore under our secure cloud infrastructure.

2. How we use it

We use your email solely to contact you about your verdict engagement request and to send a confirmation email. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Email communications

By submitting your email, you agree to receive a confirmation email and follow-up from the MassCut team (fabio@sovereign.ai). You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe".

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (us-central1) under the Sovereign OS infrastructure. We apply standard GCP security controls including encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Data retention

We retain your intake record for up to 2 years. If you request deletion, email fabio@sovereign.ai and we will remove your record within 30 days.

6. Cookies & analytics

MassCut may use basic analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site (page views, funnel completion). No tracking cookies are set without consent.
